The FEMBA Program is a part-time MBA program, ideal for early-to mid-career professionals seeking to advance, redirect or achieve entrepreneurial goals. The FEMBA program can be completed from 24 to 33 months by attending two classes per week; coursework is required over summers for students that intend to accelerate. As a student, you can take advantage of our comprehensive and immersive program curriculum, applying the knowledge learned in the classroom to your career immediately. The new curriculum provides you with more flexibility and the opportunity to accelerate.

The FEMBA Program Schedule

 

The FEMBA Program consists of 21 courses – 12 core courses plus 6 electives – along with three residentials, our off-site learning retreats.  

 

Students have two options for their start date in entering the FEMBA program: 

 

-  FALL PROGRAM (begins in September):

Students who enter in the Fall attend classes for three quarters each year, (excluding summers), for a total of nine quarters, and complete the program in 33 months. There are two scheduling options for the first 5 quarters (core classes) in the Fall Program: Tuesday/Thursday evenings (7:00-9:50pm) or Wednesday evening and Saturday morning.  Students attend two three-hour classes per week.

 

SPRING PROGRAM (begins in March):

Students starting in the Spring complete the same program as Fall, but at an accelerated pace. Spring students attend classes for nine consecutive quarters, including summers, and complete their MBA degree in 27 months. During the first 5 quarters, students attend two three-hour classes per week - Monday/Wednesday evenings (7:00pm-9:50pm).  For the remaining 4 quarters of the program, the schedule is determined by electives, offered Monday-Thursday evenings and Saturdays.

A hallmark of the FEMBA program is teamwork. Students attend all of the core classes and the three off-site residentials with the students in their group, also called a cohort. This model provides students with a collaborative and intense teamwork-driven environment.
