Monthly Networking Luncheons


Monthly networking luncheons are held on the first and fourth Fridays of each month (see links below).
Lunches begin promptly at 11:45 am and conclude at 1 pm. Each guest has the opportunity to introduce themselves and provide a brief update on their personal and/or professional life. Don't forget to bring your business cards for networking. Following each event, all guests are emailed scans of the business cards to further facilitate the networking process. Please note lunches are open only to Merage School/GSM/GSA alumni and current major students.
 

Merage First MBA Networking Mixer: Meet the '15 Graduates

Think Merage First! MBA alumni, please join us for a mixer to make new connections. Come network with the MBA/FEMBA/EMBA/HCEMBA class of 2015 and your fellow alumni and enjoy drinks and d’oeuvres. Your ticket for admission: Bring in a hard copy of a current job opportunity from your company or from a website. In the upper right hand corner, write your name and functional area of this opportunity. All job opportunities will be posted to a MerageFIRST LinkedIn group by the MBA Career Center. This event is free to attend, but space is limited so you must RSVP in advance no later than Monday, March 2 at noon. Parking is complimentary with advance registration.

OCMBA 'Leaders for Philanthropy Night' Features Doti

In conjunction with OCMBA, Merage School alumni are invited to attend the seventh annual Leaders for Philanthropy Night featuring keynote speaker James L. Doti, President and Donald Bren Distinguished Chair of Business and Economics, Chapman University. This is an opportunity to experience the impact of philanthropy by Orange County business leaders that makes a difference in the lives of children and adults with disabilities served by the J.F. Shea Therapeutic Riding Center. See a demonstration of the unique role horses can play in helping people with disabilities significantly improve the quality of their lives. Enjoy a buffet and beverages, a networking reception, a therapeutic riding demonstration, Shea Center tours, as well as a presentation from keynote speaker Doti. Ticket price is $40 and must be purchased in advance. Information/tickets.
