Your Alumni Network Profiles Database

Welcome to your Alumni Profile Account

The Alumni Account Profiles are securely located within the Merage School Alumni database and are password-protected for all alumni. Utilize this system to search for your classmates and fellow alumni that are located across the globe.  Alumni can take advantage of special features which allows them to search by name, class, geography, company, or industry.

There are several sections in this area that are dependent upon you to maintain. In order to qualify for the many privileges offered to all Merage School (formerly GSA and GSM) alumni, including automatic (and free!) membership in the Alumni Network, it is imperative that you keep your personal, professional and biographical information updated at all times.  When updating your account information, you have the ability to control who can view your account profile - such as classmates, other alumni, and students.

Our Commitment to You

The Alumni Relations office sends a monthly e-Newsletter to all alumni. Additionally, we monitor targeted communications from various departments of the Merage School to alumni that have identified specific interest areas in their account profiles. Please ensure that your Alumni Account Profile contains your current email address so you can receive these electronic communications.

Privacy & Database Usage Policy

The password-protected Alumni Network directory containing alumni profiles and contact information is provided by the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine, to qualified alumni and graduate students solely for communications relating to the Merage School and its activities. Individual alumni may designate what information is to be shared with others by editing his or her profile online.
Use of alumni contact information for any other purpose including, but not limited to, commercial, religious, or political communications, or reproducing and storing this data in a retrieval system by any means, electronic or otherwise, is strictly prohibited and is in direct violation of copyright and constitutes misappropriation of property. All information viewed or retrieved is to be kept confidential at all times. At no time are “mass mailings” of any size to be sent without expressed permission from the Alumni Network. Failure to abide by any of the policies stated above will result in the denial of access to The Paul Merage School of Business Alumni database. Misuse of alumni data and these policies may also be referred to University legal counsel for possible further legal action.
Questions or complaints of misuse can be directed to for immediate action.

Email Account /Lifetime Email Forwarding

In order to stay in touch with your fellow alumni and receive monthly Alumni e-Newsletter and various other communications from the School, it’s imperative that alumni maintain a current email address in their alumni account profile.

An added benefit offered by the Merage School is the Lifetime Email Forwarding feature that allows you to give out your UCI email address as your permanent email address. Then, "behind the scenes," you can redirect those emails to any address you wish, such as your work email, gmail account, etc. Thus, you can change your work or personal email address without having to notify all your contacts of the new address.

Identify Interest Areas/Connect with Like-Minded Alumni

We encourage alumni to identify interest areas within their profile.  By doing so, alumni will be targeted to receive invitations and communications relating to stated areas of interest.

Class Notes

Let your classmates know what you're up to! The Class Notes is the most widely-read section of the Alumni eNewsletter. Please tell us about new projects, jobs, family members, and accolades so we can all celebrate together.

Lost Alumni

We regret that some alumni may miss out on important benefits or opportunities from the Alumni Network. If you see a friend, colleague or classmate on our “Lost Alumni” list, we encourage you to notify them or the Alumni Relations Office so we can re-connect.
