In Memorium: Luis Villalobos
October, 2009: With sadness, we announce the passing of Luis Villalobos, Founder of the Tech Coast Angels and a former member of the Merage School's Dean's Advisory Board. Board Member Honors
September 2009: A quick note of congratulations to DAB Member David Murphy whose firm, Barrie D'Rozario Murphy, was selected by the American Association of Advertising Agencies as its "Small Agency of the Year" (less than 100 people). The honor is a top industry award for overall creative excellence across a range of clients and media. The award recognizes the quality of their work for clients such as United Airlines, Best Buy and Applied Materials and comes on the heels of their being only one of two agencies to win a Gold Lion in film at Cannes. Not bad for a two year old agency.
