The Dean’s Leadership Circle has become a high-power professional network with close to 400 members. We are proud to be the largest academic support group of any school on the UC Irvine campus. Our members are from a wide array of backgrounds such as industry executives, entrepreneurs, financial experts and more – we are all leaders in the business community. Many are alumni but we also have members who are corporate executives, faculty, staff, parents, recent graduates and current students. All of us have demonstrated our commitment to helping the Merage School become a top-tier business school by providing critically needed philanthropic support which is being directed toward our Dean’s Leadership Circle membership in support of the Endowed Professorship Campaign.

The Dean’s Leadership Circle has experienced amazing success in such a short time due to our core group of alumni who helped launch this organization. The DLC Executive Committee, a group of 15 members who advise Dean Policano and his staff on their ideas and initiatives, has helped guide the Dean’s Leadership Circle and helped it to grow into the vibrant network it is today.
