Faculty Positions in Organization Theory


Two Positions in Organization Theory (Assistant, Associate or Full Professor)

The Organization and Management Area of The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine announces two (2) positions in Organization Theory to begin as early as July 1, 2015. One position is open to individuals at any rank (i.e., Assistant, tenured Associate or tenured Full Professor), and one position is designated for a tenure-track Assistant Professor. We are seeking individuals with active research programs in Organization Theory that target top journals. We are especially interested in individuals who study innovation, entrepreneurship or technology, although this is not a requirement. Teaching responsibilities would include core and elective courses in organization theory as well as organizational behavior. The School is committed to research and scholarship with teaching responsibilities in Ph.D., MBA and Undergraduate Programs. A Ph.D. in management, sociology, or relevant discipline is required. For tenure-track Assistant Professor position, the Ph.D. must be completed by the start of the academic year 2015. Salary will be commensurate with prior performance and experience.
