Steve Tully first joined Quiksilver in 1988 as VP, sales for the Americas. Mr. Tully left the company in 1992 and returned in 1996 to serve as Executive Vice President for the company's Raisins junior swimwear business.

During the next four years he served in various capacities on the women's side of the business--mostly in operational and product development areas. In 2002, he was named President of Women's for the Americas and in 2005 was elevated to Global President for the company's Roxy brand. In this dual role he retained P&L responsibility for the America's women's businesses (Roxy, Raisins, Leilani and Radio Fiji) and on a global level he had oversight of the marketing message and new brand extensions for the Roxy label.

Mr. Tully switched to his current role as President, Quiksilver Brands for the Americas in June of 2007. He has P&L responsibilities for the Quiksilver branded businesses in this region. His primary oversight duties are in the areas of product development, marketing, sales and visual merchandising production. Additionally, Mr. Tully also oversees the company's direct-to-retail licensed business with the Tony Hawk and Hang Ten labels. In partnership with the divisional CFO and COO, he collaborates daily on financial and operational matters. Mr. Tully also serves on the Executive Committee for the Americas.

Mr. Tully graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 1979 with his B.A. in Communications. In 1999, he completed the Executive Program in management at the Anderson School of Business at UCLA.

Together with his wife Mary, the Tully's have three children, Collin, Hailey and Harry. The Tully's reside in Newport Beach, California.
