Leadership & Team Assessment

The Merage School faculty and fellows of the Center for Leadership and Team Development have extensive experience and expertise in the use of a variety of assessment tools including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI), FIRO-B® Assessment, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) and other 360-degree assessment and feedback instruments to help individuals understand their leadership style and competencies.

Through a variety of leadership and team assessment activities and exercises that are an integral part of our Executive MBA program, our faculty experts have developed considerable experience in productively using and facilitating various leadership assessment tools.
