Programs Offered to the General Public


Executive Education at The Paul Merage School of Business offers programs for managers and executives that feature cutting-edge content and world renowned faculty. Participants are presented with the latest thinking and most up-to-date research in a way that allows for immediate application to current business challenges in an increasingly dynamic business and global environment.

Program designs are based on the most current research and the insights of practitioners and key Merage School faculty who are experts in their fields of management and who also have extensive business experience. It is the underlying foundation of these programs that effective management and leadership has a profound impact on both organization and individual performance.

Program Objectives:

  • To provide professionals with an opportunity to enhance their leadership and management competencies so that they can better serve their organizations and their careers
  • To provide opportunities for professional networking among managers and executives across industries to share best practices and key lessons from experience
  • To provide an opportunity for participants to develop increased personal insights into their leadership styles and skills


Programs are offered regularly throughout the year and take place at the Merage School on the UC Irvine Campus.
