    Study Groups Foster Teamwork

In this lock-step, cohort program, the class stays together for the duration of the program. Study groups are formed to encourage teamwork, networking and mutual support. A key EMBA advantage is the sense of community that develops among students as you study together, confront similar workplace challenges, and learn from your broad collective experience. Projects and other assignments are often assigned to study groups where the group can divide responsibilities and delegate tasks to individual members.
