Nate Franke is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Resources Connection, Inc. an international professional services company listed on NASDAQ. Prior to joining Resources Connection, Nate was a partner with the international accounting firm Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Franke has been teaching financial accounting courses at UC Irvine's Paul Merage School of Business since 1988. He earned his BA in Economics at the University of California in 1983. Mr. Franke is also an alumni of UC Irvine's Paul Merage School of Business (1985). Mr. Franke has extensive experience working with both public and private companies in financial reporting, merger/acquisition and capital formation arenas.
