Mr. Howard Frantz earned his BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at UC Berkeley and his MBA in Operations Management from UCLA. Currently, he is the Director of Research and Development at In-N-Out Burgers. Previously, he was the Director of Operations Engineering at Taco Bell Corp. Mr. Frantz is qualified by over 25 years of consulting work in the forecasting and labor planning for the service and industrial clients, 5 US Patents related to restaurant equipment and software, and was a Lecturer in Statistics at California State University at Northridge. Mr. Frantz last taught during Winter Quarter 2005.
