Professor Susan Haynie earned her BA in Sociology from Bowling Green State University and her Ph.D. in Sociology - Demography from the University of Southern California. Currently, she works for Demographic Consulting, Inc. From January 2001 to June 2002 she was employed as a Lecturer for the Department of Sociology at UCI. Additionally, Professor Haynie is a member of the Population Association of America.
