Professor Ken Ferris received his BBA and MBA from The George Washington University (Washington, DC) and an MA and a Phd from The Ohio State University (Columbus, OH). He has previously served on the faculties of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business, and Thunderbird's Garvin School of International Management. In Addition, he has served as a visiting scholar at numerous universities in Australia, Japan, and New Zealand. Professor Ferris is the author or co-author of 11 books in Accounting and Finance, 57 articles, and over 80 case studies. Professor Ferris' areas of interest include mergers and acquisitions and firm valuation.
