Tom KozickiExecutive Director, MBA Career CenterTom Kozicki is the Executive Director of the MBA Career Center. He joined the Merage School of Business in March of 2006. Tom has 23 years experience in higher education administration and
has held senior level management positions in career management, alumni relations and student affairs. From 1993–2003 he was the Executive Director of the MBA Career Resource Center at the USC Marshall School of Business and (2003–2006) was the Managing Director of the USC Alumni Association. Tom began his career in sales and marketing in the computer industry.
Tom has been active in professional associations and on non-profit boards, and has served as a speaker, panelist, and moderator at numerous professional conferences. He served on the Board of Directors of the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management (1999-2003) and currently serves as President and member of the Board of Directors of the MBA Career Services Council (2007-2009.) Tom’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and graduate business studies at the USC Marshall School of Business.
Nan StothardAssociate Director, MBA Career Center
Nan Stothard is the Associate Director of MBA Career Services and oversees all training and advising services for the Center and manages the consulting and HR verticals.
Nan is a recognized expert in the field of training. Her extensive experience includes a 15-year career with Right Management Consultants where from 1997 – 2005 she held the position of Regional Vice President leading consulting services for the Southern California Region. Most recently she was a Learning Partner at Option One Mortgage Corporation leading an acculturation program for executives expanding the their business in India.
Nan holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in Educational Psychology.
She is a member of the American Society of Training and Development, the MBA Career Services Council and the National Human Resources Association.
Josephine Tran
Associate Director, MBA Career Center
Josephine Tran is an Associate Director of the MBA Career Center and manages career services for the IT, Operations, and General Management verticals. Josephine joined The Paul Merage School of Business in August 2007. She brings over 18 years of corporate experience in several different industries. Her recent practice areas include strategic planning, program/project management, and resource planning & management. She has held management positions at local organization including Toshiba, Fluor, First American Corporation, and Experian. Josephine's educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from UCLA and an MBA from The Merage School of Business. Josephine's professional affilitiations include the MBA Career Services Council, Association for Strategic Planning, and the Project Management Institute.
Krysia JohnsonAssociate Director, MBA Career CenterKrysia Johnson is Associate Director of the MBA Career Center and is responsible for managing career services for the finance and real estate verticals. Krysia joined the MBA Career Center after a professional career in finance. Her various roles included Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury and Cash Management, Project Finance and Valuation for Business Development while working for
the Ford Motor Company, Hewlett-Packard and Johnson & Johnson. Krysia received her BA in Public Policy from Duke University in Durham, NC and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Her professional affiliations include the MBA Career Services Council, and the Orange County Junior League.
Debra Green
Associate Director, MBA Career Center
Debra Green is an Associate Director of the MBA Career Center and manages career services for the marketing vertical as well as business development. She has created and directed research and new product development for Toyota’s LEXUS, Honeywell’s Visitronic, and Federated Department Store’s Lazarus, as well as launched her own research company, JUST RESEARCH. Debra has an MBA from The Ohio State University’s Fisher School of Business, with specializations in market research and computer science. Her professional associations include the American Marketing Association and the National Science Olympiad, for whom she has produced award-winning teams.
