Pallavi Agarwal is a first year Full-Time MBA candidate and a Rosener Fellow focusing on Supply Chain, Non-Profit, and Entrepreneurship.  She is also the Vice President of Special Events for Challenge for Charity.  Originally from Washington DC, she graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business and a minor in Entrepreneurship.

After graduation, she joined Accenture as an IT Consultant where she had the opportunity to work with federal clients such as Department of State and the United States Postal Service.  Her responsibilities included business process redesign and managing custom software product lifecycles to align best supply chain practices.  Her work also included managing client relationships and internal teams. She has also worked at Deloitte as a senior consultant in the commercial sector with Bank of America as a client. She wants to develop her skills and knowledge in supply chain by pursuing her MBA. Outside of her professional work experience, Pallavi also serves on the board of directors for a non-profit school in India Anami Vidya Mandir, which provides education to economically disadvantage children.

Pallavi chose the Merage School for its emphasis on technology and entrepreneurship.  She believes that tying these factors with the concentration in supply chain and non-profit will give her the advantage she needs to be successful in her future career.  She also believes the Merage community is a place where she will develop life-long friendships.

Outside of class, Pallavi enjoys volunteering, traveling, snowboarding, and outdoor activities with friends and family.
