Financing Your MBA

The decision to attend business school reflects a desire to invest in yourself and your career. Funding your Merage MBA can be a smooth, seamless process thanks to our dedicated MBA staff who are available to answer your questions, direct you to important resources, and process paperwork quickly and accurately.

Loans

Educational loans are the most common source of funding for FEMBA students. Through wise borrowing, you can maximize competitive interest rates and repayment terms to your advantage. Loans are renewable annually and include the following options:

  • Federal Stafford Loan: US citizens and US permanent residents are eligible to receive up to $20,500 per academic year.. The current fixed interest rate for the Stafford Loan is 5.31%.
  • Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan: covers costs not covered by the Stafford Loan. The current fixed interest rate for the Graduate PLUS Loan is 6.31%.
  • Private Educational Loans: several options are available for FEMBA students with variable and fixed rates, depending upon your credit history. For a listing of private loans, please visit the Merage Financial Aid website.
     

Scholarships

Scholarships are awarded to select incoming FEMBA students at the time of admission based on the strength of their entire application. Award amounts vary. No separate application is required. Visit this page for more information.
