Personalized Learning

You’re not just another student at Merage – the faculty, as well as our staff, Centers of Excellence, our corporate partners, and our growing alumni network, are available to you as partners in your education. You’ll receive individualized guidance and support from the Dean, faculty, alumni, and staff.  In fact, before you enter the classroom for the first time, your instructors will know your name, where you work and your position. We want to engage with you on a professional and personal level.

In the FEMBA Program, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Meet with your professors before or after class, for lunch, or even on weekends to discuss coursework.
• Receive individual support from the FEMBA Program staff, the Staff is available during working hours, in the early evenings, and on weekends.
• Create one-on-one connections with corporate executives, faculty experts, program managers and visiting leaders.
• Invest in the success of the Merage School. As a current student, you have access to and can obtain personal and professional advice from Merage alumni.
• Keep engaged with Merage when you graduate through the Alumni Network, Corporate Partner events, the Dean’s Leadership Circle, Centers of Excellence, MBA Update, and many other opportunities.
