What is FEMBA?

MBA UCI Paul Merage School of Business FEMBA stands for the Fully Employed MBA Program at the Paul Merage School of Business, offered through the University of California, Irvine. Specifically designed for working professionals, the FEMBA program can be completed in 27 or 33 months, attending two classes per week.

Students are required to complete 18 courses plus three off-site residentials (92 units) to maximize learning. The FEMBA Program combines the best part of the full-time program (expansive curriculum) with the Executive MBA Program (off-site residentials.)

The result is a comprehensive MBA experience.

The Fully Employed MBA will give you the extra boost you need to advance or redirect your career. You will be among a group of extremely motivated, upwardly mobile, innovative professionals, learning from your classmates in our highly participatory educational environment.

The outstanding faculty members at Merage teach not only the FEMBA students, but all four MBA programs. You’ll learn from internationally renowned faculty rated by BusinessWeek as 5th in the nation for faculty intellectual capital (2002).
