My MBA has allowed me to build my resume and open the door for me to apply to more challenging roles within my company. In addition, the education that I have received has given me the confidence to start my own business outside of GSK. I enjoy management and training and will move into a role that allows me to use more of these types of skills.
The most useful things I learned at Merage are team dynamics and group synergy. In the business world, teamwork is an important skill to master. Above and beyond the class material, this program has allowed me to grow and develop this skill in real world context.
The collaborative learning style at Merage is very applicable to corporate business and has made me view how I conduct training, meetings and all interaction with my peers.
Be prepared to work hard, and be open to new ideas and ways to conduct your busines, whatever that may be. Also, there is so much great information in each class, be ready to internalize as much of it as you can.
