Abstract: This article takes a look at Hewlett-Packar'd approach to accelerated decision making. Hewlett-Pakcard (HP) first encountered major change in 1999 with the break up of Agilent Technologies and HP, and then again in 2001 with the acquisition of Compaq Computers.
