From the Human Face of Big Data to Precision Medicine:

A Dialogue with Distinguished Leaders on the Transformational Power of Healthcare Analytics

Healthcare is being transformed to achieve the Triple Aim of Population Health, the Care Experience and Per Capita Cost. With the rapid adoption of electronic health records (EHRs), and the explosive growth of mobile devices, wearables, telehealth, and connected health, many health care organizations have begun the journey of healthcare analytics to achieve the Triple Aim. The potential of big data analytics in healthcare creates both tremendous opportunities and risks.

The Center for Digital Transformation is pleased to present an exciting forum with renowned leaders on healthcare analytics. The forum will begin with the premiere of the movie “The Human Face of Big Data”, followed by an interactive discussion. Moderated by Chuck Podesta, CIO of UC Irvine Health, the distinguished panelists are:

  • Anthony Chang, MD, Chief Intelligence and Innovation Officer, Children’s Hospital of Orange County
  • David Delaney, MD, Chief Medical Officer, SAP
  • Graham Hughes, MD, Chief Medical Officer, SAS Institute
  • Sajjad Yacoob, MD Chief Medical Information Officer, Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles
