Top 75 OC Workplaces 2011
Over 18,500 employees from 119 companies throughout Orange County took the time to nominate and give their opinions about their employers for the Orange County Register’s selection of the top 75 O.C. Workplaces. Employee responses were based on their workplace experience and the satisfaction and meaning they found in their work. Results were categorized into the top 10 large companies, the top 25 midsize companies, and the top 40 small companies. This is the third year that the OC Register has published the results of Top OC Workplaces survey.
Student Involvement
Merage MBAs interviewed chief executive officers, chief operations officers and presidents to gather insight about hiring practices, company culture, communications and other facets of the companies that make them unique. This was a valuable opportunity for students to learn about organizational culture, leadership and an opportunity to create contacts.
