 Adam Markman is a Managing Director of Green Street Advisors, Inc., a Newport Beach, CA based real estate research firm specializing in the securities of publicly traded real estate companies. Adam runs Green Street’s consulting practice and is the firm’s primary liaison to Eastdil Secured. In his 14 Years at Green Street, he has been involved in nearly $40 billion in transactions and previously managed the firm’s retail and lodging research efforts.
Adam is a member of Green Street Board of Directors, and is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Adam is an active participant and speaker at industry related events. His 17 years of industry experience includes real estate consulting at Kenneth Leventhal & Co. Adam earned his MBA in Finance/Real Estate from Columbia University and B.A. from UC Berkeley.
