Breakfast SeriesHosted three times a year, the Center for Real Estate’s popular Breakfast Series features panels of experts discussing and debating major issues of current interest to the real estate community.  The Center’s Advisory Board members are frequent attendees and participants and attend at a discounted rate.  Recent Breakfast Series topics of discussion have included the housing bubble and subprime mortgage market, the impact of proposed changes in eminent domain law, the redevelopment of the former El Toro Marine Base into the “Great Park” and the anticipated future residential development patterns over the next 20 years.
