 Senior Managing Director
CB Richard Ellis
In 2007, Jeff Moore was appointed to the position of Senior Managing Director of the Orange County, Calif. Region. A 20-year veteran of CB Richard Ellis, Jeff began his commercial real estate career in Orange County, where he built and led one of the top-producing retail teams in the country. In 2005, he transitioned into Management, where he has continued to achieve similar success.
As SMD of the Orange County Region, Jeff is responsible for managing all business lines for the Newport Beach and Anaheim offices, which together include 95 brokerage sales professionals and account for more than $100 million in annual revenue for the Company. Jeff oversees the region's new business development, client relations, property and facilities management and brokerage services.
In January 2005, Jeff became the Managing Director of the Anaheim office, and in less than a year, was promoted to Senior Managing Director for the fast-growing Inland Empire Region. During his leadership tenure there, he successfully led the Inland Empire Region to new heights, growing the business by 20-25 percent annually.
During the course of his career, Jeff consistently ranked among the Company's best performing retail brokers nationally, specializing in tenant representation and shopping center development. He is a graduate of CBRE's first Emerging Leaders Program, which identifies and develops future market and line of business leadership in the United States. Prior to joining CBRE, Jeff was in sales and management with the Hallmark Cards Corporation.
