 Principal, Palisades Equity Partners
Kevin is a founding Principal with Palisades Equity Partners, an opportunistic, value-based real estate investment firm based in Orange County. Formerly, he was President of Parker Properties, the developer of tenant-oriented, campus environments. While at Parker, Kevin developed over 750,000 sf of class A office including three LEED Silver buildings. Since 1986, he has built his career in as a developer, principal investor, banker, advisor, and architect. He was formerly a shareholder with Buchanan Street Partners and a Vice President of AEW Capital Management.
Kevin earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA. He is a member of ULI and NAIOP, a LEED Accredited Professional and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. As a strong supporter of Scouting, he sits on the Executive Committee for the Orange County Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is also a Lecturer at The Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine teaching Real Estate Capital Markets, and participates on the Executive Advisory Board for the Center of Real Estate.
