Managing Principal of a company located in Irvine, California, involved in providing all types of real estate oriented services. The company has developed and sold a 250,000 square foot office complex in Irvine, California, as well as 700,000 square feet of industrial buildings in the Ontario/Riverside area. A 492-unit apartment complex in Corona, California and a 176-unit apartment complex in Chino were completed in 1988. A 4-building industrial project in joint venture with The Irvine Company in the Irvine Spectrum was completed in 1988 and a 120,000 square foot research and development project was completed in 1989. In addition, the company is involved in Financial and Investment Engineering as well as portfolio management of real estate assets. In 1999, the company developed a 75,000 square foot, 5-acre flex space project in the World Golf Village, St. Augustine, Florida. The company has acted as contract developer for Prudential Insurance Company of America for a 28-acre mixed-use site containing units of multli-family residential and support commercial in Irvine, California. The company also acted as entitlement consultant for MetLife on a 385 unit multi-family project in Irvine and most recently for the landowner for the 42-acre Central Park mixed-use project.
