Leadership

The Business Administration major at The Paul Merage School of Business will also prepare students to be future business leaders.  Students will have the opportunity to take active roles in student clubs and associations that will enhance their leadership capabilities.  A broad undergraduate course of study will provide students with the foundation and knowledge base to lead in a quickly changing and dynamic world.

Leadership in business is developed by working in successful team relationships.  Many of the undergraduate Merage courses will require students to work in small teams to develop the essential skills necessary for the successful careers and businesses of the future.  Imagine working with a team to develop a marketing plan for your new product.  Think about gaining the skills as a manager to effectively analyze a company from the ground up.  These are the leadership tools that students in the Business Administration major at The Paul Merage School of Business will have on completion of their undergraduate study.
