Kerry Vandell,
Ph.D., Director
Kerry Vandell is a professor of finance and Director of the Center for
Real Estate. Dr. Vandell is a Past President of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association (AREUEA) and past Co-Editor of Real Estate Economics.
Dr. Vandell currently serves as Director of the Center for Real Estate and
is also faculty advisor to MREA.
Sharon Nakamura-Brown,
Associate Director
Sharon Nakamura-Brown runs day-to-day operations as well as outreach
programs for the Center for Real Estate. For the past seven years, she
served as director of development and outreach at UCLA's Richard S. Ziman
Center for Real Estate.
The Center for Real Estate is a brand new state-of-the-art facility that supports the real estate MBA program and serves as an innovative resource center for MREA members and real estate students.
