The Paul Merage School of Business is pleased to be graduating more than 460 new business leaders at all levels -- including our
FIRST full class of Undergraduates, our Full-Time, Fully Employed, Executive and Health Care Executive MBAs, and our Doctorate candidates.

UNDERGRADUATE INSTRUCTIONS
CEREMONY CHECK IN TIME: Please plan to arrive no later than
7:30 am and signs at the Bren Center will direct you where to meet for class photos and procession lineup. Please wear your cap and gown.
PHOTOS: GradImages is the official event photographer that will be taking several different shots of each graduate. You can pre-register to receive more information at
www.GradImages.com; search on "Irvine" and select the Merage School.
CAP & GOWN DISTRIBUTION: The Undergraduate Program Office will contact you with instructions when regalia is ready to be picked up at the Program Office (approximately June 1). Please see your program staff immediately if you have not already ordered yours and you plan to attend. All graduates
must have proper regalia to participate in the ceremony.
CAP & GOWN AFTER GRADUATION: Undergrad regalia is non-returnable; your cap, tassel and gown are yours to keep!
MBA INSTRUCTIONS
CEREMONY CHECK IN TIMES: Signs at the Bren Center will direct graduates on where to meet for class photos and procession lineup. Please wear your cap and gown; assistance will be provided for hoods.
- Full Time MBA: Check in by 7:30 am
- FEMBA: Check in by 7:30 am
- EMBA: Check in by 7:00 am
- HCEMBA: Check in by 7:00 am

GOWN & HOOD RENTAL RETURNS: Your Cap and Tassel are yours to keep; gowns and hoods must be returned after the ceremony in one of the drop boxes outside the Bren Center or at the Merage School to your program office.
Any rentals not returned by June 25, 2012, will be assessed a $400 fee.
PHD INSTRUCTIONS
CEREMONY CHECK IN TIME: Please plan to meet in the Koll Room (lower level of the Bren Center) no later than
8:00 am for hooding and pictures.
HOODING CEREMONY: The Hooding Ceremony for Merage School PhD candidates takes place at our Commencement Ceremony.
