This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education tLhrough the joint sponsorship of the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine and the University of California Paul Merage School of Business, Center for Health Care Management and Policy.
