Indicate the year and quarter you completed, or plan to complete, each course. No grade lower than a "C" will be accepted for any prerequisite course. A grade of "C-" will not satisfy the requirement.
*Some equivalent courses have been established at other institutions for community college transfer students. Please see an Academic Counselor for these equivalencies. Note, Spring quarter 2004 applicants may be admitted conditionally based upon the completion of MGMT 30A and 30B with a grade of "B" or better (in summer 2004, or in fall 2004/winter 2005)

Indicate how you expect the minor to contribute to your undergraduate education and future career plans. Discuss any relevant extracurricular activities or work experience that you feel is applicable.
