• This is a great opportunity to support out world class Heart Valve Business.

• This individual will have broad exposure to how our business is run and will directly support a $550 million Global Heart Valve Therapy Franchise through the following activities:

• Global decision analysis of all aspects of Global HVT financials, particularly sales and profitability.

• Discounted Cash Flow, ROI, NPV analysis of investment opportunities.

• Monthly financial package preparation of sales reports and business unit income statements with explanations to be presented and distributed to the HVT leadership team.

• Preparation of quarterly business unit presentations to ELT and monthly presentations to HVLT.

• Coordination of global financials for Annual Strategic Plan.

• Preparation of financial analysis and explanations for quarterly earning release.

• Tracking business unit Key Operating Drivers performance.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of four years relevant experience is required

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance is required

• CPA, MBA preferred

• Strong Business Acumen

• Communication and Customer orientation

• Advanced Excel and Power Point

• Financial Statement Analysis

• High degree of accuracy
