Job Description:

The Business Development and Client Servicing professional will
focus on building new client relationships in partnership with other team members,
along with some portfolio managment responsibilities as well.

Business development interaction will take place face-to-face, by phone, at industry
events, through COI's and other company-and/or industry-related activities.

The goal is to generate a new book of business (or to bring an
existing book of business to the firm and expand it). Ongoing client relations servicing
for the client will be led by the business development and client servicing professional
and supported by the company's client relations resources.
Qualifications:

7 - 10 years business development experience wtihin the financial investment advisory industry.

Strong persuasive skills and the ability to communicate and educate long-term invsetment principles.

Possesses circle of influence (current clients, prior business relationships).

Proven experience in developing and executing a business development plan that identifies key targets and tactics for reaching them.

An enthusiastic student of the investment industry, bringing knowledge of and technical proficiency in the investment funds industry.

CFA designation a plus. Series 65 or 66.

Disciplined, highly motivated and possesses excellent time management skills.

Results-oriented.

Can work effectively in a collaborative, team environment.

Excellent listening, observational and interpersonal skills.
