| THQ*ICE is an online games operator focusing on casual massively multiplayer online (MMO) games. We strive to build a platform for high-quality games and premium content through free-to-play, micro-transaction models. As a joint venture, THQ*ICE combines THQ's product development and retail publishing expertise with ICE's technology and service operations experience. Based in Southern California, we aspire to bring Internet communities the best online entertainment experience in North America and beyond. Marketing Manager The Marketing Manager works with the Marketing department to define and launch various online marketing initiatives for games in operation and development. Responsibilities include: •Work with other team members to formulate overall marketing strategy for the company’s new games. •Develop, manage and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies. •Design and execute marketing tactics and events. •Manage marketing budget, forecast and performance. •Maximize partner relationship and optimize advertising efficiency. •Manage or participate in online community marketing and management. •Manage the design, development and maintenance of marketing materials and official game website. |

| Qualifications: |
| • Gamer that is reliable, accountable and committed. • 4 years’ experience in online marketing. • Familiar with online marketing performance metrics. • Excellent communication skills and people skills. • Excellent data analysis and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, self-directed and willing to take responsibilities. • Willing to work in an entrepreneurial environment, where roles and responsibilities are usually vaguely defined. • BA in Marketing or related fields; MBA a plus. • Media experience highly desired; Gaming experience a plus. |
