Jim Caudill
Tuesday, April 7
Jim Caudill is President of The Black & Decker’s Hardware and Home Improvement (BDHHI) Division. He was named to this position in May 2005, after having served as Vice President and General Manager of the Accessories division of the Corporation’s Power Tools and Accessories business.
Caudill also is a Vice President of the Corporation, a position to which he was elected in May 2005, and serves on the Corporation’s Management Committee.

Always A Winner: Managing Companies & Money In an Up and Down Economy

Professor Navarro is the author of The Dimming of America, a critique of the electric utility industry and its regulators. He is
also the author of a book in public policy, The Policy Game, which examines issues ranging from rent control, protectionism,
and farm policy to the issue of equal rights for women and the defense budget. His current research focuses on the local issue
of growth management and the international issue of regulation and trade advantage.
