Programs in Management and Executive Development

The Paul Merage School of Business has from time to time developed and offered programs to enhance the skills of practicing professional managers. Program designs are based on information provided by practitioners and the insights of key Paul Merage School of Business faculty who are experts in their specific aspect of management and organization. The increasingly dynamic environments of many industries require on-going updating of organizational and management skills.

It is the underlying foundation of these programs that effective management and leadership has profound impact on both organization and individual performance.

Program Objectives

  • To provide professionals with an opportunity to augment their knowledge and skills in the service of enhancing their leadership and management competencies so that they can better serve their organizations and their careers.
  • To provide opportunities for professional networking among various managers and executives.
  • To provide an opportunity for participants to develop increased personal insights into their leadership styles and skills.
