Executive Mentoring Program

Program Overview

The Executive Mentoring Program provides a powerful way for students to gain professional insight, receive support and expand their network.  The program pairs MBA students with business executives from various industries in a one-to-one relationship for a ten-month period.

Mentoring is a valuable way of learning and contributing. The Center for Global Leadership is a conduit in the mentoring process; however, the relationships are dependent on both protégé and mentor. Mentoring relationships vary in context, in content, in outcomes and in dynamics.

For our Executive MBA and Health Care Executive MBA students, The Paul Merage School of Business also supports the Executive-to-Executive (E2E) Program through each of these programs.
