Program Overview

The Executive Mentoring Program provides a powerful way for students to gain professional insight, receive support and expand their network.  The program pairs MBA students with business executives from various industries in a one-to-one relationship for a ten-month period. And for the first time, undergraduate Business Administration students will be included in the new pilot Undergraduate Mentoring Program. 

Mentoring is a valuable way of learning and contributing. The Center for Global Leadership is a conduit in the mentoring process; however, the relationships are dependent on both protégé and mentor. Mentoring relationships vary in context, in content, in outcomes and in dynamics.
