Understanding cultural idiosyncrasies is the key to success in international business. No matter the industry, in today's global economy every organization is impacted by cultural differences in some way. The successful business leader thinks globally and is mindful of not only cultural and language barriers, but legal and political issues that may affect an organization both internally and externally.

The Center for Global Leadership & Sustainability strives to promote international interactions among faculty, students, and executives that lead to the invention and exploitation of mutual and sustainable educational and commercial opportunities. The Merage School offers a comprehensive list of international business courses and residentials to numerous countries around the world.
