Dean’s Leadership Circle Emotional Intelligence Pilot Grant

The Talent Design Studio Innovation Hub was established in 2023 with a Dean’s Leadership Circle grant* to pilot the impact of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) development with a group of Merage School students across all programs. The EQ pilot program was done through a strategic partnership with world EQ assessment leader RocheMartin to great employer support and interest.
