Before joining the Merage School of Business, Harshita spent eight years working in the technology industry, mainly in the digital payments and e-commerce space. With her strong technical and business acumen, she aspires to be a Product Manager after her MBA. As a Women in Business Co-President, Harshita is determined to empower other women to advocate for themselves in society and at the workplace. Along with the other WIB board, she is working on cultivating a space where women can support each other and grow professionally and personally.
Hoda is a first year, full-time MBA candidate focusing on marketing. She considers herself a citizen of the world because of her multicultural global background and her passion for diversity. She was raised in Dubai where she graduated from the American University of Sharjah, UAE with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Marketing. Hoda is a PR professional with seven years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies in the technology sector. As a mother, a wife, a PR professional and an MBA student she is redefining the way women represent themselves in the work force by not restricting herself under one title. Post MBA, Hoda is looking to pursue a marketing or a strategy role at a leading organization that utilizes its resources to enforce a positive impact on our community.
Ridhima grew up in Bahrain before she moved to India to do her under graduation in Bachelor of Engineering from Punjab Engineering College (PEC). She worked as Product Manager at Cvent, a world-wide leader in event management software, where she led engineering teams across India and US to create a virtual platform for event registrations. In addition to her role as the VP of Women in Business, Ridhima also serves an integral part in the student association as the VP of International Student Relations and as the co-president of the Product Club at Merage. In her free time, you will find Ridhima volunteering her time for a social cause, socializing with friends over dinner or drinks, or enjoying swimming in sunny California!
