Ian O. Williamson
Ian O. Williamson is dean of The UCI Paul Merage School of Business. During his 20-year career, Williamson has served on several academic committees and on the boards of directors for a variety of nonprofit organizations. In addition, he has provided expert insights in the areas of organizational innovation and employee recruitment and retention to executives in more than 20 countries across six continents for companies such as CBRE, PwC, Lockheed Martin, Nestle and Accenture.
Mara Pagotto
Mara Pagotto is Vice-President for Enterprise People Strategy, Development, and Culture at Western Digital. Headquartered in San Jose, California. Western Digital is a globally leading innovative data infrastructure company that helps customers capture, preserve, access, and transform data. Since joining in August 2018, Mara has held company-wide responsibility for leadership and people development, people analytics, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
Adam Townshend
Adam Townsend is the CFO of VIZIO, the globally-known TV manufacturer. He was formerly the CFO of the TV network Showtime. Prior to moving to CBS Corp.-owned Showtime in October 2018, Townsend held multiple roles at CBS, including EVP, corporate finance, and investor relations, where he led the company’s treasury operations and global investor communications strategy. In addition, he played key roles in CBS’s outdoor advertising business and CBS Radio.
