To kick off 2026, the event theme will focus on New Year, New You featuring MedTech executive Todd Zive, FEMBA '07. Todd will give a brief talk and share some insights from his recently published book, The Mensch Method: Achieving Success Through Character in Life and Business. It explores how resilience, self-belief, and the power of meaningful relationships have shaped his personal and professional growth. The book outlines the principles of leading as a mensch, a person of honor and integrity. To him, true fulfillment isn’t just about achieving goals or building wealth. It’s also about how you get there, by lifting others up and rising together.
