Executive Mentoring
The executive mentoring programs are a cornerstone of the Merage School MBA programs and an integral part of developing well-rounded leaders. Mentors serve as coaches and advisors, imparting their knowledge of the subtle things that make for successful careers. Our mentors represent nearly all industries and functions of the business world, and as diverse as this group is, they are all here to make a difference in our students' lives. Executive Mentoring Program
This program is for our Full-Time MBA and Fully Employed MBA students and runs from early November to late May with a 1-3 hour a month commitment. Mentoring activities range from individual meetings, professional association meetings, company site visits, shadowing and social functions and most meetings are scheduled individually between mentors and protégés.
