The Dean’s Leadership Circle (DLC) at UCI’s Paul Merage School of Business is the premier philanthropic business network for executives and change makers dedicated to advancing and supporting the university, while simultaneously strengthening ties within the global business community. While many DLC members are alumni, this high-powered network also includes successful business leaders, faculty, staff, and friends of UC Irvine and the Merage School.
Current DLC membership and funding supports the DLC Grant Initiative, a program aimed at advancing innovation, research and supporting students to ensure the Paul Merage School of Business is a leading business accelerator for the next generation business leaders.

The Dean’s Leadership Circle Grant Initiative
Through the DLC Grant Initiative, DLC members hear firsthand the projects, and associated funding needs, of student organizations that create programs and resources that directly impact the Merage School student body. The Dean’s Leadership Circle meets annually to select qualifying grantees. Grant funding typically ranges from $1,000-$10,000 per organization.
