  • High brand recall - Brand of America has already a huge penetration in the market - which might mean they will not have to spend a lot on customer acquisition.
  • Focus on existing customers: Bank of America has a huge customer base and maybe - cross-selling and upselling their services might be more beneficial than acquiring new customers.
  • Focused strategy - Their product lineup is simple which heavy emphasis on cashback, travel, and rewards cards. This simplicity may reduce the need for extensive advertising.
