The Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine is thrilled to announce its membership in the Forte Foundation, an organization dedicated to advancing women into impactful roles in business leadership. As a newly minted Forte member school, the Merage School reaffirms its commitment to gender equity, inclusion, and the empowerment of women in business.

Across our graduate programs, we proudly maintain gender parity, a distinction that sets us apart as a leader in inclusive education. Furthermore, our faculty ranks among the best in the nation, with women faculty representing excellence and leadership in their fields.
