Certificate in Real Estate

A Certificate in Real Estate is available through a partnership between the Office of Executive Education and the Center for Real Estate at the Merage School.  The new program provides participants with insights and skills for investment strategies driving real estate markets. Taught at the graduate level, the certificate program curriculum for the new certificate program incorporates case studies, opportunities to work on real-life projects, and features world-renowned faculty and distinguished guest speakers from leading organizations in the real estate community. The program consists of five courses – two mandatory courses and three elective courses – and may be completed in as little as nine months.  Rolling admissions allow for a flexible start: Fall, Winter or Spring quarter. Upcoming Application Deadline: Dec. 14. Certificate in Arts Management (online)

The Merage School is proud to partner with the Claire Trevor School of the Arts to offer an interactive, online certification emphasizing the skills and values needed to be successful in the creative industries. Our comprehensive curriculum aligns with trending employer demand for effectiveness in leadership, marketing, fundraising, finance, critical thinking and decisive administration. This program bridges the gap between traditional education and on the job training and is geared for individuals looking to grow as well as organizations looking to develop their teams. Certificate in Leadership for IT Executives
