The Merage School Full-Time MBA curriculum was strategically updated to ensure our students are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed as adept and agile leaders in the digitally driven world. Woven throughout the program are the key components of business growth -- strategic innovation, information technology, analytic decision-making, and collaborative execution -- taught through the latest research insights, real world projects and industry case studies. Our program allows you the freedom to customize your MBA; most of the core curriculum is completed in the first year giving you a solid foundation in all of the business disciplines. During the second year, you will have the flexibility to pursue your passion by delving deeper into a particular area of study or choosing electives across several different areas. You’ll also have the latitude to work a nearly full-time job or internship during this period. Throughout the two-year program is Career Launch, our unique series focused on preparing you for life-long career resiliency.

As a second year student, you have several options to gain a competitive edge through hands-on international experience. We offer a quarter-long international exchange program where you will obtain global business perspective from our university partners throughout Asia, Europe and Latin America. For example, our students have lived and studied in a variety of countries including: Austria, Chile, China, France, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, South Korea, Netherlands and Singapore. If you prefer a shorter experience, you may choose to participate in a faculty-directed week-long international study program in global centers like Shanghai, Dubai, or emerging economies like Ho Chi Minh City.
